Snowfox Limited Warranty

The limited warranty applicable in the USA and Canada is set forth in the Terms of Service.

2. The scope, range, and the duration of the warranty

This limited warranty applies only to genuine Snowfox products, which are sold by an authorized Haltian Products Ltd. dealer or Haltian Products Ltd. itself. The products are meant for sale in the European Union, United States of America or Canada. The warranty is granted only to the Snowfox products sold in the original sales packages.

The limited warranty applicable in the USA and Canada is set forth in the Terms of Service.

This warranty does not cover the battery, strap holder, antenna, covers, and the USB port protective rubber shield. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents or damage due to improper storage or maintenance, commercial use, or damage caused by the neglect of instructions for proper and safe use or any other user guidance. The warranty does not cover product-related software.

This warranty is valid for one (1) year from the date of retail purchase by the original end-use purchaser. Possible replacement of the product does not extend the warranty period.

A change of ownership must be notified in writing to Snowfox Customer Care

3. The warranty content

The guarantor is liable for ensuring that the product does not have manufacturing or material defects during the warranty period.

The guarantor shall not be liable for a lack of conformity if the guarantor can show that the deviation in quality or usability is due to a reason on the part of the buyer or the reseller. The reason may be, e.g. an accident, failure to follow the instructions for use or care, improper handling or storage. The warranty is not valid if the product has been opened or has been altered or repaired.

4. What to do in the event of lack of conformity

The buyer shall notify the guarantor or the reseller of any lack of conformity without delay of having detected such lack of conformity, however always before the expiry of the warranty period. When notifying of lack of conformity, the buyer shall present the sales receipt or other reliable proof of where and when the product was purchased.

In case of lack of conformity, the buyer must also contact the Snowfox Customer Care at The buyer will then receive instructions for the proper warranty process.

5. Compensation

Unless mandatory legislation otherwise states, the guarantor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or special losses, damage or expenses and the guarantor liability is limited to the product purchase price.

6. The warranty does not affect statutory rights

This warranty does not exclude or limit the rights given to the buyer by any mandatory legislation or consumer protection act which may vary from state to state or country to country.
