I can't activate the data plan with my debit/credit card

The problem has been fixed in application verision which can be downloaded for Google Play store. The problem does not affect iOS operating system.

We have found the cause of the problem and it will be repared in the next software update. Before the update is ready, you may try restarting the mobile application or try activating the subscription later, e.g. the next day.


We are currently experiencing a problem with some debit/credit cards in Finland. Some cards are rejected even when all information have been inputted correctly. The issue usually resolves by itself and the data plan activation works fine the next day.

We are working on to fix the issue and ask you in the mean while to wait a little and try again after a day or two if you face this problem. We appologize the inconvenience.

Keep in mind that all Finnish Verkkokauppa.com customers have a free one month trial period during which all the features of the service work fully.
