Network issue that was affecting the devices on Tuesday has been fixed. The devices affected by the issue have shut down themselves in order ot save the battery. You can turn on the device by pluggin it to a wall charger or by pressing the device button for about 2 seconds. You will see a white call led while the network connection is re-established.

Unfortunately we are facing a mobile network issue in Finland. This affects some of the Snowfox devices which can't connect to the network and hence can't transfer data to the service.
It is possible that the device has shut down after unsuccessfully trying to connect to the network. You can turn on the device by pressing the button for about 2 seconds. You will see a white call led while the network connection is re-established.
The service is experiencing connection issues. It is affecting phone calls, location update and all messaging between the Snowfox device and the mobile application. When calling to the Snowfox device, you might hear a message "the number is not in use".
We appologize the trouble this might cause and work hard to fix it as soon as possible.
